So naturally, leadership declared victory.
Escalations down.
Interruptions down.
Complaints down.
Unfortunately, the defects were also “down” — in quarantine.
A dark factory is not a quiet factory.
If nobody is escalating anymore, maybe the process is stable.
Or maybe people have learned that red flags are bad for green KPIs.
