Six steps into the dark

Each episode follows Northwind as it pursues the factory of the future—one literal interpretation, local optimization, and avoidable crisis at a time.

The premise
Technology does not repair a weak operating model. It makes the consequences arrive faster.

The Dark Factory uses fictional industrial scenarios to examine a recurring management problem: organizations often automate the visible workflow while leaving decision rights, incentives, process maturity, and accountability untouched.

Northwind is fictional. The patterns are deliberately familiar.
